Any item purchased on the website, may be exchanged or returned, provided that the buyer expressly expresses this intention, indicating the reason.

In cases where the requested articles have been made according to the User's specifications, by customizing them, it is not possible to exercise the right of return or exchange, except in the event that said articles have a manufacturing defect.

The buyer has a maximum term of 30 days, after receiving the same, to be able to request its return.

* This call has a cost of a call to the fixed network in Portugal, according to the operator contracted by the customer. Outside Portugal, the call will cost an international call according to the operator contracted by the customer.

The products must be returned within a maximum of 30 days after receipt, in the same state in which they arrived at the hands of the buyer and without any anomaly.
Licensed articles must keep the seal of authenticity of the product.

The shipping costs of an article in return are the responsibility of the Customer. Heliotextil, S.A. does not accept any return shipped with postage or payback.

Heliotextil, S.A. undertakes to reimburse the buyer within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.

The buyer can choose one of the following ways of refunding the amount paid:
a) Credit (valid for use in future purchases at; or
b) Refund by bank transfer to account to be indicated. Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded.
